Refunds and cancelling

Refund: not for you? Ask on our help page within 7 days of any charge and we refund that charge in full.

Cancel any time, online

Open your plan, tap Settings, then Cancel my plan, and tap again to confirm. Or use the cancel page with the email you paid with. Cancel during your first week and you are never charged the monthly price.

After you cancel

Your plan stays open until the end of the time you paid for. Nothing renews after that.
